We were in today for the first time ever and we had the most Wonderful experience thanks to Dale!! Not only are their cars of amazing quality but the price you pay for the quality you're getting is unmatched by any dealership or car lot around! The absolute best part of the whole experience is the customer service you get. Dale was BY FAR the greatest salesman I have ever delt with, and that's coming from someone who's been a salesman for years. He was so kind and caring and he explained everything in a way that it was all easily understandable and if we weren't getting it he would continue to explain until we fully understood. As first time car buyers it was most appreciated!! He really walked with us through every step of the way and made the car buying experience extremely enjoyable, which most people that go to a dealership couldn't say. All in all I will DEFINITELY be telling everyone to go see Dale at enterprise car sales because not only do they have the best 'quality for the price' cars around but they have the ABSOLUTE BEST team of salesman that you will ever find!!
Came here to buy a car after my dad had such a great experience, was not disappointed. Our salesman Dale did a great job showing me every car he thought I may want. There wasn't any game or show here to try and just sell me anything they could. I didn't end up getting a car from them sadly as they didn't have what I wanted in stock. But given the care they take with their cars I'm definitely coming here first again when I need a new car again.
The customer service here is awesome. I went there and I was received very well by Nathan who works in the sales department.The manager was great, easy to talk to and work with.I got my deal in just a few minutes. You should really try this place . You don’t deserve to be mistreated and left unattended to In those other mediocre dealerships.
